- Pembroke Comfort Inn has been the recipient of the Ottawa Valley's 'Outstanding Hospitality Award' for four consecutive years.
- Noted locally for our extraordinary commitment to beautification, Pembroke Comfort Inn was the first commercial business to be awarded the 'Golden Spade' in honour of our many beautiful gardens, which Maintenance Engineer, Dwight Douglas has designed and created. In addition, Pembroke Comfort Inn is regularly awarded 5 Blooms in the Communities in Bloom Competition.
- Annually a local competition is held to determine favourite businesses of local residents. Pembroke Comfort Inn has regularly topped the list in accommodation favourites over the past four years.
- In 2000 Dwight Douglas, Maintenance Engineer competed against thousands of Choice Hotels employees world-wide for the coveted 'Comfort Inn Hero Award'. This prestigious honour was selected by an independent board for the employee who regularly excelled in commitment to excellence.

awarded the 'Choice Hotels Silver Award' followed by the 'Choice Hotels Gold Award' in 2002,
